Did something different this birthday. Instead of taking the day off or partying I asked Arul if she could bring me to experience a temple in Little India.

Fasted when I woke and arrived at 7.45am at the Sri Veerama Kaliamman temple along 141 Serangoon Road. At 8am witnessing the temple puja and walking around the temple, it was wonderful to have Arul explain the rituals to me. The one thing I found interesting in Hinduism is that all paths lead to god.

Thanks Arul for your wonderful gift ... it was a really nice way to start my 38th year.







One year older ... one year wiser ... time to explore other facets of my self.
